Design Tips:

We can’t edge foil any item that is die cut.
Scoring is deeper/crisper with laser die cutting compared to digital die cutting. For superior scoring consider upgrading to a traditional die.
Minimum size for cut outs and holes is 3mm.
Laser Cutting precisely vaporises card along the cut lines, so you may notice subtle darkening along the edges, especially on lighter-coloured papers. This effect is not generally noticeable on a single piece but can be slightly visible when multiple cards are stacked.
Not all stocks are suitable for scoring (to check what stocks are suitable for scoring go to a scored printed product in The Printery and view the stock options).
Please be aware that larger quantities and/or intricate designs may increase turnaround times. If your die line is unsuitable or doesn’t meet our guidelines we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
If you're unsure of the results, please order a custom die cut sample. This is especially important for dies involving scoring, flaps or 3D objects like boxes. We're unable to tell you whether your die line will function as intended.
