These terms apply to all sales of goods and services by Peterkin. The customer acknowledges that no employee of Peterkin has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of the Goods other than that contained in these terms.
PRICING
Prices are determined at the time of order and prior to payment are subject to change without notice.
ORDERING GOODS
Any order placed by you on this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, Peterkin is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this Online content, or an error in your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers need to carefully read all details for any custom products that Peterkin has either invoiced or placed into your cart as the onus is on you, the client, to confirm that all details are correct prior to making payment for your order. Once payment has been received by Peterkin, we accept this as confirmation the order has been checked and all details contained in the order are approved.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Once the order has been submitted, it's considered to be final and no changes or additions can be made.
Any additions will have to be placed as a separate order and shipped separately.
Peterkin offers free freight for orders over $850 incl. gst (excluding flat sheet stock) to wholesale customers only. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, which would result in the order being below $850 incl. gst, the free freight option cannot be applied.
PAYMENT
PREPAID CUSTOMERS
- Payments are to be made to Peterkin without any deduction or discount other than as stated in these Terms or in the relevant Invoice or Statement.
- 100% of the Invoice total should be paid when the order is placed.
- The preferred method of payment is via credit card with accepted credit cards including VISA & Mastercard.
- A Customer’s order will not be shipped until the EFT funds have cleared Peterkin’s bank account.
- If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
SHIPPING

- Orders will be shipped automatically via the eligible shipping method after payment is received.
- Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.
- There is an Authority to Leave on all parcels, meaning they will be left at the premises regardless of whether it is attended.
- Peterkin reserves the right to deliver orders in whole, or in instalments.

INSPECTION
Unless the customer has inspected the goods and made a written notice to Peterkin within 5 business days of delivery, the goods are deemed to have been delivered and accepted in good order and condition.
FORCE MAJEURE
Peterkin is not liable to the buyer for failure to deliver goods where such failures arise or is the result of civil disturbance or war, strike, lock-out, or any other circumstance deemed beyond reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order please notify us in writing to [email protected] AND call us on (08) 9271 9255 to stop production ASAP. If your order includes any print finishes and has started production, a partial credit or refund may be applicable depending on the processes involved. There are no returns or refunds on any Made to Order (MTO) products that have started production.
RETURNS/CREDIT POLICY
- Items are entitled to be credited or returned based on complaint.
- The Invoice Number (PET) must be provided for the request to be processed.
- If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and photographic evidence is required within 5 business days of delivery before the item may be considered for a credit.
- The customer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a credit. If the item matches the description by the seller and the customer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
- Returns that are due to Customer error attract a 20% restocking fee. Goods should be returned at the Customer’s expense.
- Credits and Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
- Credits are given against the Customer’s trading name.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
- Returns will not be accepted without the prior written consent from Peterkin.
- All returned goods must be accompanied by Peterkin Paper’s Invoice Details.
