Only UNPRINTED items, in original packaging and sellable condition can be returned.
We offer a 30 day return window if you’ve ordered the wrong unprinted product or changed your mind and want to send it back. You’ll need to get approval by our Customer Service Team within five business days of delivery, so don’t put it off!

When sending the goods back to us (sorry that’s at your own cost), make sure they’re packed well as all items need to be received back in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.

Obviously, we can’t accept damaged returns…
Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND only. Returns that are due to ordering the wrong item or customer error may attract a 20% restocking fee of the value of the returned goods.
We DON'T accept returns on permanently marked down SALE items, seconds or Made To Order (MTO) items.
