We recently launched a project that Allison has been dedicated to for some time...
Allison has gathered the most common questions we've received from our customers over the years from email and over the phone (we've each been 'interviewed'). She's strategically categorised, organised and simplified all the responses to make getting the answers easy for everyone.
Of course, like a procedure manual, our help centre will never actually be finished; we'll continue to add questions and answers as we go.
If you have a question that's not answered in our Help Centre, just submit a request and we'll get right onto it - getting the right person with the right knowledge to help you as quickly as possible.
A huge THANK YOU to Allison for making our Help Centre idea a reality! You're not just a clever design nut!
You can access it now from our new look main menu or take a look here.
